My first real experience with yoga came during the offseason program with the Green Bay Packers in 2004. I’ll be honest—I wasn’t sure what to make of it at first. But after a few sessions, I could feel the difference. My body was recovering faster, my core was getting stronger, and I was able to push myself harder during training. Fast forward a few years, and yoga has become one of my go-to tools for staying lean, strong, and energized—no matter what life throws my way.
Over the years, I’ve studied how movement, muscle balance, and recovery play a huge role in fat loss, performance, and aging well. I even went back to school, earning a Master of Science in Human Movement and specializing in Corrective Exercise. I also became a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher to combine everything I’ve learned into a system that works for guys and gals who want to lose fat, build strength, and feel 10 years younger.

QUESTION: Do I have to commit to the whole series, or can I attend on a drop-in basis?
ANSWER: This is a special, one-time program that we are running for a limited time frame! You sign up for the whole series.

QUESTION: Hi Forest, what time are you thinking about doing this?
ANSWER: We will be meeting from 630 - 715 pm on Wednesday evenings.
QUESTION: What if I miss a session, how can we make it up?
ANSWER: We've "built that in" to the pricing. Originally, we were actually going to make this a 6 week program, but as we know that people occasionally end up having to miss for various reasons, we decided to make it 7 weeks, and keep the price the same. If you make all 7 sessions, the session rate works out to $14.14. If you make 6 of the sessions, the session rate works out to $16.50. If you make 5 of the sessions, the session rate works out to $19.80. If you have to miss more than 2 of the scheduled sessions in the series, it might be best to look at another one of our program options.
