Attention Lee's Summit, MO (and online, anywhere in the world):
Do you feel like you lack self-control around food — even though you know better?
Do you find yourself eating when you're not actually hungry — out of boredom, stress, or just habit?
Do you label foods as "good" and "bad," feel guilty after eating something from the wrong list, and promise yourself it'll be the last time?
Do you restrict all week, then blow it on the weekend — and feel like you're starting over every Monday?
Do you find yourself obsessing over what to eat, when to eat, and how much — and feel like food takes up way more mental energy than it should?
Are you ready to reset your habits heading into summer — without extreme diets, restriction, or white-knuckling it?
I’m Forest Vance—former pro football player, personal trainer, and coach based here in Lee’s Summit.
When I was playing offensive line in the NFL, my peak weight was over 300 pounds. To get there — from about age 14 through 25 — I basically had to force-feed myself. Eat as much as possible, all the time. Far from healthy, but I was chasing extreme performance.
Then my mid-20s hit. I retired. Same eating habits, but suddenly no four hours of daily training to burn it off. And I realized pretty quickly it wasn't just about finding a new meal plan. There was a lot more going on underneath the surface — patterns, triggers, habits that had been wired in for over a decade.
Up until not that long ago I'd still catch myself just wired to stuff my plate and finish everything on it. Some of that was football conditioning. Some of it was growing up hearing "finish your plate" every night at dinner. The point is — this stuff runs deep, even when you know better.
That experience is a big part of why I built this program.
Here's what I've seen coaching hundreds of clients over the years:
It's not that people don't know what to eat. It's that they struggle with how they eat, when they eat, and why they eat.
The problem isn't willpower. It's the patterns — the habits, the triggers, the emotional eating, the diet mentality that keeps pulling you back into the same cycle.
That's where this program comes in.

Over six weeks, you'll learn practical tools to:
This is skills-based reset built around awareness, habit change, and sustainable behavior — backed by research from Harvard Health, the CDC, NIH, and the American Psychological Association.

This special program is open to ALL - current and new clients alike, both local and online!
Typical coaching or nutrition programs like this can run $150–$300+. But we wanted to make this simple and accessible for as many people as possible.
So we're not pricing the program at $199 or $149... you can sign up now today for just $99 for the full six-week program.
