ATTN kettlebells fans over 40! - if you are looking to:

  • Torch body fat
  • Forge new lean muscle
  • Crank up your cardio
  • Preserve your joints
  • Cut your recovery time in half

I’m writing you today to let you know there is a simple solution for you to preserve your joints, forge new lean muscle, and cut your recovery time in half.... at any age!

My name is Forest Vance. I’m a certified kettlebell instructor and kettlebell gym owner. I have a master’s degree in Human Movement, multiple personal training certifications, and over 15 years of experience full time in the fitness industry.

You probably already know that kettlebells are one of the best tools around to help you reach all of your fitness goals...

Now I want to help you take your results to the next level. We're going to add the stabilization and recovery - enhancing benefits of isometrics with your beloved KBs, and we're doing to do it in a totally new and different way that you've never seen.

But more on that in just a bit...

You see, we work with clients like you every day at my personal training studios.

The majority of men and women who do personal training with us are over the age of 40, with many into their 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond.

And I so know full well, goals and needs change throughout your life.

When I ask men and women over 40 what their goals are, most of the time it really boils down to a short list. You want to:

  • Burn body fat
  • Gain new lean muscle
  • Improve your conditioning
  • Improve your overall fitness
  • Preserve your joints
  • Improve your recovery time

Problem is, workouts that used to work to accomplish all of these goals in our 20s and 30s, don't any more.

Now, you're working around injuries... with a stiffer and less mobile body... with greater recovery requirements... and more.

The GOOD news is, I've found a solution.

The kettlebell's unique shape allows for a variety of exercises that work multiple muscle groups at once, making it a great tool for full-body workouts. Kettlebell exercises can include swings, cleans, snatches, presses, and more.

Isometrics are a type of exercise that involve muscle contractions without any visible movement in the joint. This is achieved by applying force against an immovable object or a partner, or by holding a muscle in a contracted position. Examples of isometric exercises include holding a plank, wall sits, and pushing against a door frame.

COMBINING isometrics with kettlebell training can provide a number of benefits, including:

  • Increased muscle strength and endurance: Isometrics can help to build muscle strength and endurance, particularly in the muscles being targeted, and kettlebell training is a great way to improve overall strength and conditioning, including cardiovascular fitness and power.
  • Improved joint stability: Isometrics can help to improve joint stability by strengthening the muscles around the joint, kettlebell training can also help to improve the stability of joints like the shoulder, hips, and core
  • Increased power: Kettlebell training is known for its ability to improve power and explosiveness, by combining kettlebell exercises with isometrics, you can increase the power in the muscle groups being targeted and improve power throughout the body.
  • Increased flexibility: Isometrics can be used to increase flexibility by holding a muscle in a stretched position, and kettlebell training can also improve flexibility and mobility
  • Reduced injury risk: By strengthening the muscles around a joint, isometrics can help to reduce the risk of injury, kettlebell training is also a great way to improve the stability and strength of joints, reducing the risk of injury.

As you can see, it's almost the perfect combination!

The only drawback is, to my knowledge, there is not a single program that combines kettlebells and isometric training on the market today. It just doesn't exist.

That is, until now.

Now introducing ...

Keith Is A ‘Kettlebell Convert’

I used to always go to the gym and use machines, but would always hurt myself … and the worst was when I would do squats in that machine where you add weight – I would always hurt my knee! So I quit going and gave up.

I have never had that problem with kettlebells … with kettlebells I can do squats and swings and it strengthens my legs and I don’t have problems with my knees.
