GVT - For Kettlebells?

Traditional GVT calls for ten sets of ten reps on a single lift. That version builds size fast, but it's brutal enough to wreck you for the rest of the week, and the small weight increases it calls for assume you're on a barbell, where you can add five pounds at a time whenever you're ready.

Kettlebells don't come in five-pound increments, so gradually increasing the weight isn't really an option. The whole system needed to be rethought around a different kind of progress.

Instead of jumping straight into ten sets of ten, we start lighter, around five sets of five, and build up rep by rep, set by set, week by week, using the exact same kettlebell the entire time. Once you've built up to a higher volume target, that's your signal to move to a harder variation or a heavier bell and start the climb again. We also pair certain movements together rather than grinding through 10 straight sets of the same drill, which keeps the workouts varied rather than monotonous.

Most people training at home don't have a full gym setup, and honestly, most don't want one.
