In this video, we talk about the first workout for week two of the Kettlebell Drop a Size EMOM Challenge 2.
We go over the EMOM format, where you set a timer for 60-second intervals and complete a series of exercises within each interval.
The exercises include two-hand kettlebell swings, bear plank marches, goblet alternating reverse lunges, single-arm kettlebell rows, and burpees.
We also discuss the option to progress to one-arm kettlebell swings for the last two rounds.
The goal is to complete four rounds of this circuit.
